FacesMedia is a division of AlchemyI, Inc, a Delaware corporation founded in April 2007. The company has grown to offer web video content creation, distribution, marketing, and measurement services, primarily to law firms seeking to market in major U.S. cities.

The FacesMedia team is comprised of three founders who have known each other personally and professionally for over seven years. Two of the founders, David Walsh and Michael Bulat, were co-founders of an internet marketing start-up, DirectoryM, an advertising platform company that grew from four to one hundred employees in three years. Kenneth Horne has previously held strategy, operations and organizational development consulting positions with Arthur D. Little as well as other boutique firms. He has worked on a variety of Fortune 500 consulting engagements and also provided operations improvement and business planning consulting services to the executive team of DirectoryM.
